What is the Limited Cosmetic Warranty?

​

The Limited Cosmetic Warranty covers cosmetic defects that do not affect the useability or integrity of your MadcoW item. Please remember our items are handmade with artistic imperfections which can include varying stones, leather finishes, paint finishes, item colors and metals.

​

 

How long does this warranty last?

​

The Limited Cosmetic Warranty is valid for 30 days starting from the date of delivery to you. We know it would do you no good to have a warranty start days before you even have your item so this way we are able to give you a few more days to contact us if your item seems to have any defects!

​

 

What will we do to help you?

 

After contacting us with a warranty request our team will assist you in one of the following ways:

 

  • Repair the product, at no cost. (you will have to provide your own shipping to us)

  • Exchange for a replacement of the same item in question or an item of equal or lesser value.

  • Refund the purchase amount.

​

Please note if your item is still under warranty we will only repair, exchange, or refund the amount originally paid for said item if it is found to be defective at our discretion. We do not replace products that have been replaced from a previous warranty claim

 

 

What type of conditions does this warranty not cover?

 

  • Severe water damage to the item

  • Damage to the item resulting from negligence

  • Damage to the item resulting from modification of the product

 

Please note the Limited Cosmetic Warranty does not cover closeout items, items purchased from a third party, items purchased that of a sale price, and/or BOGO items. Each warranty request will be covered on a case by case basis, This will be at our discretion to determine if the item will be covered by warranty.

What do you need to do to get repairs/service under this warranty?

 

To get any and all repairs/service done to your item you will need to contact us to request a cash in on your items Limited Cosmetic Warranty. Before contacting us please ensure you have the following information listed below included in your warranty request email so we can help you find a solution ASAP!

 

  • Original order number

  • Pictures of the item in question 

 

**Please note all return postage is to be paid by the customer, once the item is repaired/serviced, postage from MadcoW HQ back to you is covered by us in the USA - International customers are responsible for ALL postage; sending the item to our shop and then back to you.

Lifetime Warranty

 What is the Lifetime Warranty?

​

The Lifetime Warranty covers any defects that affect the integrity or useability of your MadcoW item. These defects may include but are not limited to:

  • Broken hardware under normal wear and tear

  • Loose or missing screws/ rivets

  • Torn leather

  • loose stitching 

 

 

How long does this warranty last?

​

The Lifetime Warranty is valid for the lifetime of your MadcoW item starting from the original purchase date.

 

Please note the Lifetime Warranty is a Non-Transferable Warranty. Custom Item warranty coverage will be on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.


 

What will we do to help you?

 

After contacting us with a warranty request our team will assist you in one of the following ways:
