What Is Your Return Policy?
We currently offer returns & exchanges for most "ready to ship" items on our site; if a return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery to you. Unfortunately due to the majority of our products being made to order we can only offer returns/exchanges for select items.
What Is A Bespoke Item?
Oxford Dictionary defines "Bespoke" as:
"(North American English usually custom-made)
(of a product) made specially, according to the needs of an individual customer"
This saying when you order one of our Bespoke items you are ordering a one of a kind item that is custom tailored from scratch to you and your dogs needs, so we please ask when placing your order to assure you have double checked sizing and spelling as we unfortunately will not be able to offer a refund and/or exchange once the item is put into production.
How Long Does It Take For My Order To Be Processed Before It Ships?
Please refer to the "Proccessng Time" tab in the listing of each collar to know how long each collar takes to be processed before it can ship. Once orders are ready to ship you will receive an email with tracking information.
Where Do You Ship To?
We ship world wide! If you are located on planet earth and have a PO box or physical address then you can buy our collars.
If I Purchase A Item That Later Goes On Sale Can I Have A Refund For The Discount?
No we are sorry but that is just not possible or feasible to do. Sale prices can not be transferred to past purchases no matter the circumstances.
Where Can I Buy Your Collars?
Currently you can buy MadcoW dog collars off our official website, our etsy shop and a handful of Boutique shops across the USA. We are working on opening our first brick and mortar shop hopefully in early 2022. We will keep you posted. Click Here to view a list of Boutique shops that carry MadcoW.
Do You Offer Wholesale Options?
We do offer wholesale options on our products but due to our very limited production run we are very choosy with who we allow to carry our products. Our aim is to not make mass produced goods, so you will never find our collars in any of the big box pet stores. So if you own a small business and are interested in carrying our collars give us a holler and we will see if we are a good fit for each other.
Can I cancel my order?
The short answer is yes!
For orders of ready-made items, we do accept cancellations as long as it has not yet been shipped, once shipped we, unfortunately, will not be able to offer a canceltion.
For orders of made-to-order items, we can only accept cancellations if you contact us within 24hrs or less from purchase time. Due to these items being custom-made to order we, unfortunately, can not offer any cancellations after 24hrs as after that point in time your order has already begun production.
To contact us for order cancelation please submit a form found at the bottom of this page with your order number. If no order number is included we can not guarantee the cancellation of your order on time before it ships/goes into production.
