What Is Your Return/Exchange Policy?
If you or your pooch are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return or exchange any unused items, with tags still attached, within 30 days of the delivery date to you.
Please read our "Return/Exchange Restrictions" below before submitting a return request.
Please note bespoke items are not eligible for returns and/or exchanges as they were custom-tailored to you and your dogs needs.
How Do I Make a Return/Exchange?
To return/exchange an item the first thing to do is submit a return request through the form at the bottom of this page. Once you have submitted a return request please allow 1 - 2 working days for our team to process your request (Our customer service hours can be found under the FAQs), after our team has finished processing your request we will contact you letting you know if your order is eligible for a return/exchange along with all the necessary information to complete your return/exchange. Please note: When returning, the item needs to be in its original condition, not worn, with the exception of trying it on, no smells, and all tags to still be attached. Please note if your item does not meet our guidelines and it is sent back we are not responsible for sending your item back to you and/or you will be responsible for any loss in value.

No bespoke items are eligible for returns and/or exchanges as they were custom tailored to you and/or your dogs' needs (sizing, colors, name, etc.) *If you have an issue with your bespoke item please contact us through our contact form and we will see what can be done.
No limited release items (including 24 - 48 hr releases and Icons of Horror) are eligible for returns and/or exchanges as they are only available for limited periods of time, then retired forever. You (the customer) are responsible for all shipping postage of a return/exchange
You can not return an item back to us without submitting a return request and waiting for authorization. *If an item is sent back to us without being authorized we are not responsible for any damage or loss in value of the item, if an item is sent back to us without authorization we are not responsible for sending the item back to you and/or what happens to the said item.
Please note if your item does not meet our guidelines and it is sent back we are not responsible for sending your item back to you and/or you will be responsible for any loss in value and will be deducted from your refund.
Wizard Of Oz Collection Collars Returns
The Wizard Of Oz Collection Collars can be returned up to 30 days after the delivery date to you. To return or exchange a collar from the Wizard Of Oz Collection please submit a return request below.
To qualify for a full refund all of the following must be returned to us together in their original conditions + any of the following requirements per each item:
The collar must have all tags still attached, unworn (with the exception of trying it on), no signs of use and/or odors
The special edition Wizard Of OZ box must be returned in a secondary package(the way it was packaged when you received it) to assure no damage to the box. The box can not have any rips, tears, marks, dents, or be taped. The box needs to be 100% in the same condition as when you received it.
The sticker must be sent back with no signs of use, folds, dirt, scratches, and/or marks.
If your order is returned to us and one or more of the following things above do not meet these guidelines, and/or are missing upon return, then it will be deducted from your refund. For any questions please contact us through our submission form found here.
