By using the My Mad Cow service, a service of Entry Point Oy, you imply that you have read and understood all of the following and will act accordingly. A bit more easy-to-read Rules can be found here, please also take a look into at those before using our services.

General Terms

You must be 13 years or older to use this site. If you are under 18 years old, ask your parent's permission to use My Mad Cow.
Only one account per person is allowed. You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your account. You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
All information that you give to us must be accurate and up to date.
You must not abuse, harass, threaten or impersonate other My Mad Cow users. You are not allowed to send unwanted email to other users ("spam").
You may not use the My Mad Cow service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. International users agree to comply with all local laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content. This includes copyright laws.
You will follow the My Mad Cow Rules, which have been defined separately.
You are solely responsible for your conduct and any data, text, information, screen names, graphics, images, audio and video clips, programs, links ("Content") that you submit, post, and display on the My Mad Cow service.
By uploading Content you hereby grant to us a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to: (a) reproduce, distribute, publicly perform, publicly display and digitally perform the Content in whole or in part (including the right to create compilations which include your Content); (b) create and use samples of the Content solely for the purpose of demonstrating or promoting our or your products or services; (c) use any trademarks, service marks or trade names incorporated in the Content in connection with your content; and (d) use the name and likeness of any individuals represented in the Content only in connection with your content.
You retain ownership of the copyrights and all other rights in your Content, subject to the non-exclusive rights granted to us under this agreement. You are free to grant similar rights to others during and after the term of this agreement.
You may terminate this agreement at any time by so notifying us; the agreement will terminate upon our actual receipt of such notice. Upon termination, all of our license rights terminate.
You must not publish worms, viruses, or otherwise harmful code or programs via the My Mad Cow service.
You must not try to hack the My Mad Cow service or interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service.
You are responsible for obtaining access to the Service and that access may involve third party fees (such as Internet service provider or airtime charges). You are responsible for those fees, including those fees associated with the display or delivery of advertisements. In addition, you must provide and are responsible for all equipment necessary to access the Service.
You acknowledge that we can't screen all content nor notice all violations of Terms of Service, and thus can't be held liable for any content on the site. You understand that by using the Service, you may be exposed to Content that is offensive, indecent or objectionable.
You use the Service at your own risk, the Service is provided on an "As Is" and "As Available" basis.
We reserve the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
We reserve the right to alter these Terms of Service at any time. If the alterations constitute a material change to the Terms of Service, we will notify you via My Mad Cow internal messaging service or via internet mail. What constitutes a "material change" will be determined at our sole discretion, in good faith and using common sense and reasonable judgement.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
We have the right (but not the obligation) in our sole discretion to refuse or move any Content that is available via the Service. Without limiting the foregoing, we have the right to remove any Content that violates these Terms Of Service or is otherwise objectionable.
We shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such Content, goods or services available on or through any such site or resource. We are not responsible for the timeliness, deletion, misdelivery or failure to store any user communications or Content.

Violation of any of these agreements will result in the termination of your My Mad Cow account.

Also notice that in extreme cases of Terms of Service violations, such as harassment of minors or spreading of illegal content, we can and will take up legal actions against the violator.
